Hello,
Ed has had a few away from work this week to relax and recharge his batteries. It was such a lovely, sunny, November day today we decided to go for a walk along the beach at Exmouth which is just a 20 minute drive away...
I'm getting to grips with my camera and feel really pleased with some of the shots I took today...
I love the contrast of the red sandstone cliffs against the bright green seaweed...
because sandstone is very soft the sea carves some amazing shapes into it...
...and because the tide was way out the rock-pools had been uncovered revealing masses of baby mussels...
...it was really windy and Ed was nearly blown over...
...I love to take pictures of the sky...
snuggling in the shelter of the wall......
Have and great weekend...
...and thanks for stopping by.
Lesley x

Fantastic photos - and what a beach - I don't think I've ever been to Exmouth... looks so pretty.
Thanks for sharing your beautiful photos, Lesley. I can almost smell the brine. You are so lucky living near the sea.
You've had much better weather than us today. It's been windy and chilly and we had awful rain and hail for about two hours over lunch time. Not a day for being outside.
Hope you have a great weekend.
Hugs Lisax
My Dear Lesley,
What an eye for photography you have. You have captured simple beauty, in everyday things...someone might walk by without even noticing. I love seeing them, thanks for sharing them with us.
The last picture of you and your hubby, is so sweet. Happy couple, xo
Oh Lesley! These pics are incredible! Truly wonderfully beautiful! Glad to see you are relaxing and enjoying life!
Oh!! Your photos are beautiful! I love your sunset shots and that gorgeous green moss! So pretty! xoxo
Hi Lesley, absolutely gorgeous photo's! In fact just STUNNING!!!!!!!!!!! It was great to receive a comment on my recent blog post. My blogging has been very irregular of late but I am hoping to et back into the swing of it. We are still so busy with the house, but getting there. Also expecting another Grand child in March which is very exciting as you will know. Hope all is well, take care, Sue x
Oh what a gorgeous place to be! Every photo is just glorious! I remember spending a trip at age 10 in Scotland and the sea there...what tall cliffs you have in England...one day I shall see them. We have the Great Lakes here in Michigan - like the sea without the salt! :)
